If someone had asked me a few years ago whether I would end up in Vietnam leading a restaurant group alongside a true wizard of the kitchen and a virtuoso of craft beer, I would have said they were crazy — that it was impossible. But sometimes, the impossible becomes possible, if you dare to take risks and embrace adventure.
Two and a half years after creating Barbaros Group, with Barbaros Hanoi as its flagship, last month we made an important decision. It wasn’t easy, as it required accepting that sometimes, in order to move forward, you need to take a step back. But I am convinced it is the right one — to leave behind what was holding us back and fly higher, in the best conditions and with the best company.
Whether in Hanoi, Vietnam, or anywhere in the world, Barbaros and our F&B concepts are here to stay and to grow.
