This past weekend, we celebrated the second anniversary of Barbaros restaurant in Hanoi with a fantastic party, bringing together friends and customers. Reaching this milestone has been a whirlwind journey of continuous growth. I’m incredibly happy to be an important part of this dream and project, contributing my bit alongside the partners who make up the Barbaros Group.
This year, I spent nearly six months in Vietnam again, supporting this project, and I’m pleased to say it has continued to expand. I foresee great achievements and milestones in 2026, which is a source of great satisfaction as I prepare to return to Spain for a few months to focus on my next novel.
